I have a very useful 3 Step Program for First Time Home Buyers that helps identify a potential client’s want’s and need’s, their understanding of the process, and their capability of home ownership. I have instituted this program to help people understand the home buying process more clearly, and to create a level of transparency, in what can be a very intimidating and daunting task.

I am only one component of the home buying process, in my mind there are three more very important people you must have when purchasing a home. I have a network of people that includes two of each in the way of Mortgage Brokers, Lawyers, and Home Inspectors that I highly recommend, if you do not have someone in mind of your own! It is very important to have these people, and others, depending on the home, that you can trust to help in the home buying process.

In just over three years of practicing Real Estate I have learned many things and still have so much to learn. But so far, I have had the pleasure of working with some great people, and those people, along with my unique set of skills and traits have shaped the REALTOR I have become today! Donald Abraham (Owner of Sutton Group Ottawa) has taught me the value of an Agent, and to always understand what you can bring and to bring your best! Chris Lacharity (REALTOR for REMAX) has taught me the valuable skill of negotiation, and how to apply it to a deal satisfactory to both sides. Irina Stach (REALTOR) and Mindi Decarie (Admin for Real Estate Company) taught me how attention to detail, and understanding of new technolgy can go along way in this business. And Denise Muller (REALTOR for REMAX) has shown me the meaning of hard work and perserverance, and without it, you will never survive!
Born and Raised in Kemptville, then relocating to Ottawa for ten years, I have now situated myself in the cozy suburb of Barrhaven. Barrhaven is a place I always thought I would end up, I love this area of city, and it has always been a hot bed for buying and selling homes! After learning my craft over the last three years my plan now is to help my fellow friends, family, and neighbours buy and sell real estate. I specialize in helping buyers into the home they desire, but I am fully capable to list and sell your home as well. I also have commercial real estate training and work under one of the biggest commercial agents in the city.
